Eclipse uses the default font family name Monospace.

How to change the default font family in Eclipse

Following are steps

  • Go to Window Menu
  • Select Preferences, It shows a window
  • Select General -> Appearance -> Colors and Fonts
  • Expand Basic Folder -> Select Text Font -> Click Edit
  • Select the desired font and click save
